Responsibilities
- Reports to the Authority and ensure proper maintenance of event site.
- Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage,rectify any issues.
- Conduct up to 10 sessions of inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority.
- A good team player who can multi-task, work with all levels of people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as building maintenance and inspection.
- Preferably attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).
