Responsibilities

• Reports to the Authority and ensure proper maintenance of event site.
• Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage,rectify any issues.
• Conduct up to 10 sessions of inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority.
• A good team player who can multi-task, work with all levels of people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
• Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as building maintenance and inspection.
• Preferably attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).

To assist Manager, Development & Maintenance or Manager, Corporate Services on the following roles:

• Consolidation of tender specifications for Integrated Facilities Management
• Tidy up the all drawings and equipment list
• Any other jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge in trouble-shooting M&E faults and failures.
• Able to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint and Outlook.
