Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the Facilities Team.
• Manager key facilities management accounts and act as a single point of contact for these accounts.
• Establish and implement operational procedures for the key accounts.
• Plan and implement improvements and processes for compliance, conduct hazard/risk analysis, safety audits, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by HOD/Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma or Higher Nitec in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Facilities Management, Buildings (Residential/ Commercial/ School), Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
• Preferably possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites.

· Full /Permanent job open to Junior or Senior level

· 5 days/Office working hours

· Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,800 per month ++ (basic salary + monthly/quarterly bonus pay-out base on performance)

· Working location: Bukit Batok office

Responsibilities

• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Order parts needed for repairs if needed
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers

Requirements

• Min. Higher Nitec in engineering in any field, with or without work experience all welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Posse valid Class 3 driving licence is a MUST
