Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities in assigned clinics

• Collaborate with contractors and vendors in compliance of rules and regulations

• Ensure maintenance works are up to organisation’s standards

• Conduct routine checks and contractor performance reviews

• Provide assistance in new clinic developments

• Consolidate user requirements for projects

• Ensure facility management and security pass the ESS and OHSAS certifications

• Respond to alarm or critical faults

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering or equivalent

• Preferrable to be a Certified Fire Safety Manager

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare facilities management

• Assist in the preparation, planning, and execution of construction projects, including site assessments, material estimations, and layout planning.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on construction sites, including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve machine learning and analytics platform.

o Apply cutting edge technologies and tool chain in big data and machine learning to build machine learning and analytics platform.

o Keep innovating and optimizing the machine learning workflow, from data exploration, model experimentation/prototyping to production.

o Provide engineering solution and framework to support machine learning and data-driven business activities at large scale.

o Perform R&D on new technologies and solutions to improve accessibility, scalability, efficiency and us abilities of machine learning and analytics platform.

• Work with data scientists to build end-to-end machine learning and analytics solution to solve business challenges.

o Turn advanced machine learning models created by data scientists into end-to-end production grade system.

o Build analytics platform components to support data collection, exploratory, and integration from various sources being data API, RDBMS, or big data platform.

o Optimize efficiency of machine learning algorithm by applying state-of-the-art technologies, i.e. distributed computing, concurrent programming, or GPU parallel computing.

• Establish, apply and maintain best practices and principles of machine learning engineering.

o Study and evaluate the state of the art technologies, tools, and frameworks of machine learning engineering.

o Contribute in creation of blueprint and reference architecture for various machine learning use cases.

o Support the organization in transformation towards a data driven business culture.

Requirements

• PhD/Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps automation or data engineering

• Excellent understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

• Excellent programming skills in either Python or Java.

• Hands-on experience in containerization/ virtualization platforms, e.g. Docker/Kubernetes.

• Exposure to data science and machine learning technologies and methodologies.

• Good working knowledge of high performance computing, parallel data processing, and big data stack, e.g. Spark and Hadoop/Yarn.

• Experience to one or more commercial / open source data warehouses or data analytics systems, e.g. Teradata, is a big plus.

• Experience to one or more NoSQL databases is a big plus.

• Experience or Cloudera Data Science Workbench, is a big plus.

• Passion about machine learning and data-driven intelligence system.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Job Description

· Carry out installation, testing, overhauling compressors and troubleshooting / servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration units and other duties assigned by your superiors

· Carry out your work assignments either independently or with a group of workmen locally and/or overseas

· Update daily Progress Tracking Report to update the company on the job completion status

· Co-ordinate the work activities of the team to ensure completion of tasks within given timeline

· Completion of various daily job and closure reports

· Prepare survey/inspection reports

· Estimate labour and materials for a given RHVAC

· Communicate proactively with client/crew on technical issues, solutions and recommendations

· Coach junior team members to enhance their skills level

· Comply to Safety, Health and Environmental standards at all times

· Comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times

· Any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management as and when necessary

Requirements

· Candidate must possess certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning studies or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· At least 2 years’ working experience in marine RHVAC systems

· Has in-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycle theory, line components, circuit flushing, refrigerant recovery, pressure testing and vacuuming

· Has in-depth knowledge of electrical circuit diagram and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)

· Good written and verbal communication and coaching skills

· Good analytical skills

· Able to work long hours under hot and humid conditions due to exigency of work on board vessels and in shipyards

· Team player with positive attitude and willing to learn and teach

· Able to work independently

· Proficient in RHVAC troubleshooting

· Good knowledge in compressor overhauling
