to our Operations team in Neste Singapore Refinery.

Technician ensure safe preparing and execution of maintenance activities at Neste Singapore's integrated renewable product refinery complex.

You report to the Shift Supervisor and is responsible to ensure the safe and reliable manufacturing of products according the plans

Your role in our team in creating a sustainable future

• Maintain smooth and safe operations in the plant
• Work closely with the Senior Technician, monitor process and safety and report non-conformity
• Monitor possible emissions to atmosphere, ground or waste water and implement preventive actions
• Monitor the condition of process equipment and facilities to maintain high availability of equipment
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team
• Maintain good housekeeping of the operating areas

Keys to success in this role

• NITEC in Chemical Process Technology / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply - comprehensive training will be provided.
• You require to be a team player with initiative, good attitude and able to communicate well with others.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in veterinary medicine
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experienced and confident in small animal medicine and competent in most routine surgical cases
• Experience in ultrasonography / orthopedic surgery / exotic internal medicine / dentistry / endoscopic and laparascopic surgeries / Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and related experience will be an advantage
• Enjoy interacting with the clients and their pets
• A team player, able to commit to long term employment
• Customer service is key - good communication and interpersonal interaction skills,always present a caring, professional attitude to clients, patients and team mates

Job Description:

• Implement and manage all quality control (QC) procedures, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect assembly lines and production processes to verify adherence to established standards and procedures. Ensure all components meet the required specifications.
• Conduct daily inspections post-pour and pre-delivery to ensure components are defect-free before shipment. Document and report findings promptly.
• Identify and report non-conformances to the Quality Manager. Facilitate immediate corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Work closely with project planners to develop and refine daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure they adhere to delivery schedules and quality standards. Address any deviations promptly.
• Arrange appropriate storage for products to prevent damage. Conduct monthly stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate the testing of raw materials such as rebar, aggregates, cement, and precision tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Lead both internal and external quality assurance (QA) audits, including ISO 9001 audits. Ensure all processes comply with relevant quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to address technical issues. Work with subcontractors to resolve quality concerns..
• Prepare monthly reports analyzing quality control data. Provide management with recommendations for improvements and preventive measures.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in the civil construction industry
• Experience in all QA/QC functions.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
