Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Chemical
• Position Title: Maintenance Technician
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company transport provided at Buona Vista/ Jurong East)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.15 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Insurance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant/lab utilities, buildings, pumps, and agitators.
• Work with electrical motors and handle both electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Use the SAP system to manage maintenance work orders.
• Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance following SAP instructions.
• Offer suggestions for improving or modifying equipment.
• Oversee contractors to ensure repair jobs meet quality standards.
• Interpret electrical wiring diagrams.

• At least NITEC in Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of related working experience in electrical wiring troubleshooting and mechanical repairs in a chemical plant.
• Able to perform hands-on repair work.
• Prior working experience in waste treatment/ DI plant operation and milling machine.
• Able to standby for cases of emergency calls or OT for weekends (if required).
