- Interpretation of Architect's sketches and specificatins and CAD.

- Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of forms, drawings and information required by authorities for approval and TOP/CSC, including performing floor area calculations and colouring of submission of drawings.

- Liaising with Consultants on matters of building regulations as directed by the Project Director/Associate/Architect.

- Assist the Project Architect during site inspections on matters of building regulations.

Requirements

- Diploma / NITEC in building drafting (architecture)

- At least 2 years' relevant experience

- Experience with submission procedures and statutory codes and regulation.

- Competent in Revit

Responsibilities

1. Set up and maintain AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
2. Ensure functionality and suitability of AV setups for client needs.
3. Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance on projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems, and multimedia devices.
4. Submit weekly/monthly event schedules and facilities booking collection reports to the Client.
5. Assist users in viewing event venues.
