Responsibilities
- Sourcing and negotiating service provider quotations
- Managing maintenance schedules
- Coordinating with various stakeholders
- Conducting daily site walks, addressing defects and breakdowns, overseeing repair/replacement works
- Maintaining records, preparing accruals, exercising purchase control
- Coordinating with IT on any troubleshooting of software or hardware
- Participating in fire drills
- Attend to any queries or feedback on defects and breakdown and ensure rectification and repair works are carried out
- Coordinating A&A works and moves
- Handle any administartive duties
- Arranging logistical needs for events, and performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Min 2 years of facilities management experience, preferably with M&E certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines, willingness to work outside office hours if needed
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
