• Must be able to be on stand-by mode after working hours for emergency maintenance at the Plant.
• Assist Maintenance Engineer in the maintenance of plant machinery and facilities.
• Perform schedule and preventive maintenance works.
• Attend to breakdowns and assist in repair works.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks.
• Install equipment and fixtures.
• Assist in new projects, electrical wiring and engineering work.
• Update and maintain records of plant equipment and machinery.
• Upkeep the spare parts’ store.
• Prepare monthly utilities usage report.

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma
• MUST have experience and/or qualifications in electrical works.
• 5 days' work week from 8.15am to 5pm
• On the Job Training will be provided

Other Information

• Basic Salary ranging from $1,800 - $2,000 with Overtime. AWS & Variable Bonus and Transportation Allowance
• 10mins walk from TUAS WEST MRT
• Company transportation will be provided point at Lakeside MRT station.

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems in the chemical plant.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, including power distribution, motors, control panels, and lighting.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical instrumentation system.
• Carry out instrumentation application study and modification of plant facilities according to technical specification and business requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors for maintenance and repair projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a chemical plant.
• Basic knowledge in programmable logic controller (PLC) and human machine interfaces (HMI) will have an added advantage
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
