Administration

• Work with Engineering Lead on contract/ SOP documentation, ensure all contract/ SOP information updated in a timely manner, and maintain a register of all maintenance contracts.

• Work with Engineering Lead on administer the various reporting website and ensure that all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated.

Experience, Education & Qualifications

Relevant experience in handling critical M&E systems for building or offices, e.g. UPS, Generator, CRAC, ACMV, Fire Suppression (FM200), Pre-action sprinkler. Knowledge and exposure to data centre will be preferred.
