Job Purpose

• As the Project Manager, plan, execute and oversee AHL CAPEX projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be based in the Singapore Data Center and report to the Mechanical Engineer. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance program and schedule. Qualities You Should Have

• Bachelor / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in critical facility maintenance and operations in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of critical facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience with critical facility management and maintenance software, such as CMMS, ASHRAE, NFPA, and TIA-942
