• Handle maintenance work orders in SAP system.
• Perform preventive maintenance/ corrective maintenance according to SAP orders.
• Contribute improvement idea or modification work on equipment.
• Supervise contractor for repair job to meet the required standards.
• Able to understand electrical wiring diagram.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess at least 4-8 years of working experience in electrical wiring trouble shooting and mechanical repairs with experience working in a chemical plant.
• Able to perform hands-on repair work.
• Possess positive attitude and willing to learn new things.
• Added advantage if have working experience in waste treatment/DI plant operation and milling machine.

Other Information

• 5 days work week and rotate on standby for cases of emergency calls or overtime for weekends if required
• Working hours: 8am to 5.15pm
• Basic Basic up to $4,200.00 + Shift Allowance - $6 per day + Transport - $10 per day (if employee is physically at work)
• Working Location a Tanjong Penjuru Crescent with Transport Pick up Either at Jurong East MRT area or Bouna Vista MRT area

• Response to vehicle breakdown as required.
• To assist in aircraft fuelling activities when necessary.
• To liaise and coordinate with supplier and contractor on spare part and repair of equipment.
• Ensure compliance to housekeeping and safety in the workplace.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Plan, coordinate and maintain daily site to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in preparation of the report as and when required by client.
• Provide administrative support to the management or supervisors when required.

Job Requirements/Skills

• Possess diploma in Estate Management, Property and Facility Management or other related field with at least 2 years of experiences.
• Independent, initiative and good time management.
• High in adaptability and flexibility with positive growth mindset.
• Ability to perform supervising, preparing, organising, storing information in paper and digital.
• Good communication and presentation skills with management and clients.
