Job Summary:
1) Check hardware, socket and handler device setup at start of shift.
2) Troubleshooting for the Handler when alarm occurs. (Site jam, device missing, machine overheat, machine timeout, double tray…etc).
3) Check handler door and write down record per shift; report to the Operation Technician Leader / Technician Leader to follow-up the problematic handler doors.
4) Monitor the handler performance for highest output.
5) Change the hardware with preventive maintenance team when necessary.
6) Set-up. (Alignment, maintains down sites, change Device setup, adjust offset…)
7) Check the traveller data is correct (step by step).
8) Verify quantity of the lot with the traveller.
9) Verify the traveller information with the materials.
10) Collect the finished products separate the good chips and reject chips.
11) Label the Reject/VISL chips and write down the number of bad chips.
12) Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label when necessary.
13) Follow Operation Technician Leader work instruction.
14) House keeping at end of shift.
15) Training new operation technician.
16) Any tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements:
- 8 hours shift work (rotating day/night shift)
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment
- Basic English language skills (Able to read and write)
- Has manufacturing/fab experience
- 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
