Job Description:
- Manage the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis.
- To generate a monthly report on the list of expired oils to the Sample Library Manager.
- Enter the sample requests into PACE/SAP.
- Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library
- To receive the sample requests in PACE.
- To liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
- For new wins or 1st production, check with the Creation Dept for formula access, reference sample and requests for raw material if they are not available in the inventory system.
- After the production for the new wins or 1st production, follow up with QC and the dispatch service provider for delivery of samples to customers / requesters.
- Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.
Requirement
- Min Diploma in chemistry/applied science/supply chain/engineering
- No experience needed as training is provided
- Comfortable to carry up to 10kg
- Comfortable to work under strong-smelling environment
