BUILDING TECHNICIAN

Company background: A local established Automotive company, one of an exclusive retailer of luxury cars in Singapore.

Location: Central (Ubi)

Working Hours: 5.25 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri & Alternate Saturdays

• Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)
• Alternate Saturdays (9am to 3pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 3000
• Mobile Allowance
• Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
• Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
• Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.
• Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess at least Nitec in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services
• At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance and facilities support
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
• Must be willing to standby travelling to other locations for repair work
