The Role:

This position involves the preparation of technical specifications, construction drawings, and design documents for instrumentation and control systems in process and industrial plants. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure project delivery within established schedules and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design efforts for field instrumentation and control systems, including the preparation and review of design documents.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to allocated man-hours, costs, and timelines.
• Draft and review specifications, technical bid evaluations (TBE), and vendor documentation for instrumentation, analyzers, and control systems (DCS, ESD, F&G).
• Develop construction-related drawings, such as IO lists, location layouts, hook-up diagrams, and cable routing plans.
• Select and evaluate appropriate instruments for process control and monitoring applications.
• Estimate billable man-hours (BMBQ) and contribute to technical proposal development for tenders.
• Compile monthly project reports, participate in client meetings, and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams and oversee the daily task assignments for team members.
• Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), loop checks, and provide support during commissioning.
• Support field activities during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrument and Control Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in instrument and control system design, with a strong foundation in field instrumentation engineering and control systems such as DCS, ESD, and F&G.
• Hands-on experience with construction support, including FAT, SAT, and loop checks.
• Proficiency in the development of construction drawings and project documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

· Technical Expertise: Apply a strong working knowledge of Building General M&E systems, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely maintenance activities.

· Shift Operations Leadership: Lead and oversee shift operations, providing guidance, supervision, and support to a team of technicians, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

· System Oversight: Supervise the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, working to ensure minimal downtime and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

What You’ll Need:

· Higher NITEC or NTC 2 with minimum 8 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related technical field, with demonstrated expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and ACMV systems. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

· In-depth knowledge of building systems, including electrical systems and air conditioning, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to complex technical issues and emergencies.

· Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to supervise and develop staff, and take initiative in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

As a Lead ML Engineer, you will play a leading role in operationalizing ML Models developed by Client data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements
• Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback and monitoring of ML models leveraging best practices from the CI/CD vertical within the MLOps domain. This can include monitoring for data drift, triggering model retraining and setting up rollbacks.
• Optimize AI development environments (development, testing, production) for usability, reliability and performance.
• Have a strong relationship with the infrastructure and application development team in order to understand the best method of integrating the ML model into enterprise applications (e.g., transforming resulting models into APIs).
• Work with data engineers to ensure data storage (data warehouses or data lakes) and data pipelines feeding these repositories and the ML feature or data stores are working as intended.
• Evaluate open-source and AI/ML platforms and tools for feasibility of usage and integration from an infrastructure perspective. This also involves staying updated about the newest developments, patches and upgrades to the ML platforms in use by the data science teams.

Technical Skills

• At least 10 years of experience as a ML Engineer, working with Python, ML libraries, and large-scale data processing framework.
• Advance proficiency in Python used both for ML and automation tasks.
• Experience in working with ML libraries such as Panda, NumPy, H2O, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in working with large-scale data processing framework, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Dask.
• Knowledge of OpenShift / Kubernetes is a must-have.
• Good knowledge of Bash and Unix/Linux command-line toolkit is a must-have.
