Job Description
SepPure Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team in Singapore. The QC personnel will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our membrane products by inspecting and testing our hollow fiber membranes and modules, and ensuring that they meet company quality and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Engineer/Manager in designing and developing quality control processes and procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement in current operations and provide solutions for enhancing quality.
- Aid in conducting audits and analyse the data to improve the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Help implement new procedures and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
- Participate in the development of training materials related to quality control processes.
- Assist with tracking and resolving any quality issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards across all operations.
- Attend team meetings and participate in discussions to identify potential quality risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform QC testing (incoming, In Process, Final/Outgoing) according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under limited supervision.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemical Process Technologu, or related field.
- · Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems and principles.
- · Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- · Must be a team player with an eagerness to learn and contribute.
