As an Assistant Manager, Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Design, implement, and oversee policies and procedures for maintaining facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage all facility-related projects and renovations, including the construction of new facilities, while ensuring the safety and security of assets.
- Negotiate and timely renew contracts, permits, and licenses related to facilities.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations concerning facilities and equipment
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enforce safety protocols and address audit findings and recommendations from regulatory bodies.
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of emergency management, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategies.
- Develop, implement, and manage the preventive maintenance and efficient operation of medical equipment across departments.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend contractors/vendors to ensure optimal maintenance of medical equipment, while managing the annual budgeting process for these services.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
