RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimate the sales of maintenance parts.
• Make the required quote preparations and engage in customer negotiations.
• Continually update and track the status of sales.
• Prepare the required reports for the sales and quoting job.
• Provide job instructions and any other pertinent documents needed for the project.
• contribute to the creation and upkeep of software for sales tasks.
• Coordinate work-related issues with other departments.
• Report all section-related issues to your superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with experience in customer service or sales support are encouraged to apply

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in any technical field

Job Description:

• Manage day to day operations in inventory management e.g. receiving of stocks, weekly distribution of supplies to wards
• Assets management and labeling of assets
• Update on stock level and replenishment where required
• Improving productivity standards
• Issuance and receiving of stocks
• Create Purchase Requisition and receive Purchasing Order
• Ensure orders are met and delivery are carried out in a timely manner
• Any other duties assigned
• Facilities
• Conduct general repair and maintenance of premises and equipment
• Prepare and arrange rooms in the Home for different functions
• Assist in assets movement and labelling of assets
• Ensure the key facilities are functional and trigger external maintenance when needed Report to the Reporting Officer of any equipment malfunction or breakdown
• Man the Fire Command Centre, CCTV monitoring system, fire safety alarm system and attend to security issues, eg. activate SCDF when required
• Participate as member of the Homes Fire Safety Committee and support Operations to attend to any fire hazard

Job Requirements: Min NITEC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar
