Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Electrical Systems.
- Carry out Energy audits including yearly Energy submissions, EEOA and ISO50001 audits
- Will act as the site Singapore Certified Energy Manager and liaisons with the authorities
- Assist to develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance to the regulatory requirements
- Support the effective planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners, providing supervision and managing their performance
- Attend to all emergency on and off hours, to provide a timely response to incidents as they arise and assist in emergency management and contingency planning
- Participate and assist in all internal and external audits
- Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
- Carry out cost saving and sustainability initiatives
- Formulate and implement operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of system
- Ensure plant drawings, data and other appropriate documentation are generated and properly filed for future reference and review
- Comply with all Environment Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering discipline
- Registered SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager)
- Must maintain the accreditation yearly as the Energy Manager.
- Experienced in a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
