Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a focus on quality output.
Job Description
- Prepare machinery for operation by setting up necessary components and materials, and adjusting machine settings for optimal performance.
- Operate equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect products for quality and consistency.
- Identify and report defects or irregularities in the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of machine operation and production outputs and document any issues or downtime for review.
Requirements
- Education minimally GCE 'N' levels or above.
- Has experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Basic knowledge of MS applications such as Microsoft Excel.
- Ok with working in a clean room environment
