Plan, organize, and lead a team of discipline engineers and staff to plan and execute maintenance operations to ensure the continuous, reliable and efficient functioning of refinery assets, equipment and infrastructure. The purpose of this role is to minimize downtime, maximize operational reliability and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to department
• Processes and handles work order and miscellaneous billings
• Regularly updates the system in response to residents' needs and work demands
• Liaises with the HR on the details and particulars of new residents arriving at the facility
• Handles the logistics on facilities stocks - PO, storage, issuance and records of usage
• Utilities reading entry and monitoring
• Assists in operation tasks
• Provides other administrative support to the site

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
• Min 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in lease management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
