Job Description:
1. Provide TRAX technical system support to end-users. This includes assisting with access, system-related inquiries and issues.
2. Perform full testing of TRAX functionalities and enhancement before upgrading to new TRAX version.
3. Conduct trainings to all new TRAX users for formal introduction, briefing, tour and hands-on of the TRAX system.
4. Coordinates with TRAX USA for the resolution of system bugs, queries, update, review and evaluation of new functionalities and processing system modification.
5. Analyzes, evaluates and solves problems in order to ensure smooth workflow process and the attainment of the system implementation commitments.
6. Develop interim application program and reports generator system to our users in order to supplement their needs, which were not included in TRAX but will be integrated on the next upgrade of the said system.
7. Draft and solicit business requirements documents
Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Communication Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
3. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a focus on TRAX modules (eMROWeb, Production Control Web, Task Control Web and Shop Control Web) would be advantageous
4. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and experience in IT service management would be a plus.
