• Assist to investigate, develop and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day to day operational problems of facilities and building.

• Assist to develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance with the prevailing legislative acts and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct periodical quality control inspections at all Central Offices for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions, initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment

• Attend to all emergency/crisis on and off hours and provide a timely response to incidents as they arise and assist in emergency management and contingency planning.

• Assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management/ equivalent with 4-5 years experience
• Well versed in all facets of facilities management with general knowledge of all real estate functions including planning, development, asset management and project management.

• Min. Educational Qualifications (& discipline): Diploma or equivalent certification in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics.
• Proficient in PC software and hardware maintenance
• Have good process knowledge, hybrid maintenance experiences on electrical and electronics linked controlled systems, such as SCADA, IO Network, PLC, Servo, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Pumps and Filtration System Control, Hydraulics Control Systems, Mechanical fittings
• Be physically fit to handle stairwells and manage height access platforms such as ladders, MEWP and other auxiliary platforms
• Comply to safety and security requirement (Client and company)

Information:

1. East area; Basic: $1,700 - $2,300
2. Training : 8am-5pm; Shift; 8am -8pm; 8pm-8am
3. Day Shift; $10 per shift; Night Shift; $20 per shift

Responsibilities:

• TCGM/TCM/TGM operation & preventive maintenance in chemical/gas system
• Daily chemical drum/ gas cylinder change
• Perform critical parts replacement
• Perform routine sampling
• Perform chemical/gas waste disposal
• Receive and deliver chemical/gas goods to designated areas
• Perform daily routine logging to ensure chemical/gas system integrity
• Perform chemical drums/gas cylinder and concentration data tabulation
• Perform troubleshooting of chemical/gas systems
• Operate chemical/gas system operations
• Documentation of all TGCM related matters
• Perform any other duty as and when required

Requirements:

• "N"/"O" level/ITE
• Ability work on weekend and PH
• Shift duty (12-hrs rotating shift) may be required
• Willing to work overtime when required
