Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the mosque facilities to improve the comfort level of mosque congregants
• Ensure mosque equipment, furnitures and fittings are in good working order
• Maintain office and pantry cleanliness including wiping of cabinets, appliances , refrigerator etc.
• Provide support in the preparation and logistic needs of Mosque's events and programmes
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Reporting OfficerRequirements

Requirements

• Hardworking and physically fit
• Prior work experience in cleaning and/or mosque setting advantageous
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Teamplayer and service oriented

Working alongside a clinical environment, you will be involved in preparation together with the team for a long-term vision, tactical goals, as well as meticulous planning. Being under a high importance function treatment company, your role plays a significant part in ensuring all matters are in good hands and well taken care for.

You are required to play an active support role in ensuring key performance objectives are met which include the continuous and uninterrupted operations of clinics, office, fixtures & fittings, and all infrastructural assets and facilities but not limited to the timely replacement of items.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Building Services/M&E or similar discipline
• Basic knowledge in Building systems such as Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire protection systems.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged
• Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
• Support of Executive in daily roles and programmers, reporting line will be to the Operations Manager
• Liaise with service partners and contractors
• Able to travel in-between clinics for ad-hoc works (Biopolis & Lucky Plaza)
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Be a team-player, willing to work in a 5.5-day work week
