Packing Operations:

Apply correct labels to finished goods drums based on product type.

Compounding Tasks:

Perform compounding duties in Fragrance, Oral Care, and Cosmetic Ingredient plants.

Training and Safety Compliance:

Paired with a senior technician for on-the-job training via a buddy system.

Undergo Safety Induction training to meet regulatory requirements.

Equipment Operation:

Operate electronic weighing scales, electric stackers, mechanical pumps, and diaphragm pumps safely.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of packed drums and report any yield gains or losses.

Position: Technician 1 (12 months Contract, Renewable)

Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 12 hours shift - Permanent Day/Night

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices by operating various precision equipment within established process specifications.
• During pass down, obtain the list of lots to run from the day shift engineer/technician.

Shift Duties:

1. Check MES (Manufacturing Engineering System): Monitor when the lot will hit and hold the lots at downstream steps.

2.Manage Lots:

• When a lot hits, raise a SharePoint request (form) and trigger the Probe Runner to manually place the wafer on the tester or oven in sequence.
• Follow the Clear Quest Request (CQ) from the Engineer.

3.Operate Software:

• Use MobaXTerm (Omelek) software to load and start wafer testing.
• Unloading wafers from testers/ovens.
• Setting pre-heat temperatures.
• Monitor and update wafer testing progress in MS Excel.

4.Close CQ Requests: Ensure all requests are completed and documented.

Requirements:

• Education: GCE 'A' Level.
• Preferably with working experience in the semiconductor field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer literate.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks as directed, and update the CMMS database.

• Respond to and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Conduct machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with the production team.
• Ensure operational efficiency of all plant valves and mechanical components, including control and plant valve maintenance.
• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the production team on mechanical system testing and troubleshooting.
• Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform valve line-up and LOTO for maintenance preparations.
• Participate in the Company's Emergency Response Team (CERT) with assigned roles.

Requirements

• Nitec in Engineering related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems
