Job Description

• Collaborate with the Property Manager to support residents and ensure high-quality property management.
• Conduct daily estate inspections to assess maintenance needs and maintain high standards.
• Implement improvement works based on inspections to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
• Serve as the main contact for residents, addressing feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
• Administer lease agreements, including negotiation and renewal, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Manage and resolve arrears cases efficiently, maintaining positive tenant relationships.
• Coordinate routine maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors for timely repairs.

Requirements

Performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on all types of equipment at industrial sites, including Acoustic Emission Testing on storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipelines or other type of structure. The main duties will include:

• Participation in the drafting of commercial proposals (depending on the profile)
• Preparation of missions (organizing the intervention schedule, preparing the equipment)
• Preparation of safety documents

Required Profile:

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with good knowledge of NDT
