You will be responsible for the maintenance of electronics systems such as radar, communication, sonar, and weapon systems within military facilities. You will work closely with other engineers, Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers to deliver quality maintenance services to our customers.

• Perform in corrective maintenance works with given documents, diagrams etc., of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical, and electronic subsystems.
• Perform preventive maintenance works at customer’s premises located in outdoor areas.
• Perform rotational 24/7 standby services for urgent recovery work at MINDEF premises when activated.
• Able to work offshore and work at height.
• Manage maintenance KPI.
• Assist in Tenders/Quotations
• To be customer point of contact for maintenance contracts and prospects

Qualities We Value

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to Maintenance Department.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs.
• Support preparing documentation and reports.
• Assist in regular maintenance inspection and liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement.
• Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Superior.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology

• Have handman work experience
• Basic command of English, spoken and written
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license is a must (vehicle provided)
• 6 days’ work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Provide technical support to end users on Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Smartphones etc.
• Troubleshooting hardware related issues and replace parts if needed
• Troubleshooting software related issues and apply fix
• Provide corrective maintenance to System such as card access, CCTV, security, network, server systems etc
• Perform Install, Move, Add and Change activities
• Work with team members in completing job assignments
• Follow process to attend assigned jobs and escalate issues
• Arrange On-boarding and off-boarding users

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in trouble shooting issues related to IT products
• At least 1 years of experience with end user support.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. MS-Office
• Collaboration experience including knowledge of remote control of PCs
• Can work independently
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Able to go onsite and provide support as required
• To resolve IT issues at Outlets at shopping mall (orchard area).
• Remuneration will depend on relevant experience.
