Requirements:

• Minimum Professional Certificate or NiTEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering

• Understand engineering drawing and schematic layout are essential
• Possess Class 3 driving license

Job Description:

• Responsible for outdoor and indoor repair work of all cleaning products.
• Mechanical preventive maintenance - verify mechanical faults, replacement of spare parts and repair.
• Work closely with service technicians for problem solving and coordinating jobs between field service and workshop repairs
• Where there is no outdoor repair, you are required to work within the Company workshop

Senior Operation Manager
Working Location: Warehouse – Woodland
HQ location: Central
Working Day : Monday – Friday ( office hour )
Salary : $4,000 - $5,000 (able to nego higher if have good experience)

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records.
• Implement and refine warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished products, adhering to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with global suppliers and retailers to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner

Production Operations:

• Lead a team and overlook fragrance assembly and packing following established procedures and ensuring quality control.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Maintain detailed production records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, quality control) to ensure smooth production operations.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate warehouse and production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all operational activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they disrupt production.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance logs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production line issues, working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Liaise with component suppliers for stock of goods
• Ensure maintenance for stock of finished products
• Liaise with logistics / shipping company to ensure timely shipping and clearing customs for delivery of goods

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or production management role.
• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in business or project management equivalent
• Experience operating fragrance production machinery (a plus) and/or be able to understand basic machinery mechanics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (a plus).

Actual daily deliverables

• Identify and develop new sources to reduce total cost
• Create request for quotations (QFO) for contract services/parts and negotiate to obtain best terms and conditions on competitive price, payment terms, quality, delivery, warranty, and service deliverables to organization
• Create and prompt follow through to final award on tenders on critical IT/facilities projects accordingly to planned timeline
• Identify purchasing risks, flag concerns, and follow up on problematic service matters until they are resolved with suppliers and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance of company standards, procurement policies and procedures
• Continuous improvement drive such as quality improvement, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, payment terms, improvements, etc…

Required experience and qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder, preferably in Engineering or Business administration
• Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing, preferably in semiconductor or electronic industries
