Requirements:

• 4 years of working experience in the related field preferred. Background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial.
• At least NITEC/ Diploma in related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level with at least 1 year of experience. (sciences, technical, health-related, food manufacturing etc)
• Close attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of tasks performed.
• Physically fit (include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights).
• Knowledge in SAP.
• 12 hours shift work.

Responsibilities:

• Being able to perform testing of different electrical installations and equipment and diagnose causes of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Assist Engineers in installation, repair and preventative maintenance of all electrical equipment and power, lighting systems and circuitry in the plant.
• Able to follow the work order and monitor monthly maintenance for existing equipment.
• Carry out the trouble shooting and other additional work requested by the supervisor as and when necessary.

Requirements:

• Nitec(NTC,ITE) or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering related discipline
• Have at least 1-year electrical experience in the manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of chemicals process in relation to production machinery and equipment will be an added advantage
• Able to read and understand department procedure and work instruction
• Able to read circuit diagrams and engineering drawings
• This position is for shift work from 8:00am to 17:00pm or vice versa.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out welding / fabrication jobs by utilizing various welding methods & processes and according to client requirements and diagrams or sketches
• Weld different metal pieces together, cut metal components down to size, and perform processes for finishing metal parts.
• Ensure finished products align with customer specifications
• Communicate the progress on the welding jobs
• Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment and ensure proper housekeeping

Requirements:

• At least 10 years or more relevant experience using various welding methods and processes
• Relevant knowledge in various welding methods & processes
• Able to read welding technical drawings
• Good time management & organizational skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and/or packaging equipment according to the SOP, guides and manual
• Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
• Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
• Prepare raw materials according to the plan and quality specifications
• Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
• Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
• Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Site System and ensure that a high standard of Health and Safety is always adhered to on site
• Any other ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Understanding of English Language, both written & spoken
• NITEC Certification or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in F&B industry would be preferred
• Basic working knowledge in the production operations
