Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assistance for outlet renovation / projects / maintenance
• Outlet design, site coordination, source for quotations, develop a schedule for project completions, involve in licensing applications, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as contractors/ vendors/workers, mall management and suppliers.
• Support the team for existing renovation / projects / maintenance
• Handle regular maintenance, ad-hoc repair, and renewal of outlet equipment promptly, to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with operations employees and external contractors/vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Attend to urgent ad-hoc matters as and when required
• Compilation of renovation projects reports, repair, and maintenance costing reports.
• Administrative duties that is related to project team and maintenance work
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in relevant field.
• Prior experience in 3D drafting, renovation works, and project management would be an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, resourceful.
• Cooperative and helpful with internal stake holders
• Team player with good inter-personal and communication skill.
• Able to handle multi-task
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
