About The Role

This is a 1-year contract role.

• Undertake corporate administration function for the office and support HR and Marketing functions, such as events (Internal and external), recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, marketing, and branding initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an administrative executive
• Must have good hygiene practices in office housekeeping and fastidious with both cleanliness and orderliness.
• Able to interact easily with people and have a pleasant and open personality.
• A structured and organized individual with multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• An independent and resourceful problem solver.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to change quickly (anticipation management mindset)
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to write and converse fluently in English and possesses strong communication skills.

Job Description:

• Perform assembly, testing, rework, inspection activities of in-house CUAS products accordance to work instructions, drawings, and production schedule
• Perform housekeeping and work area to ensure neat and tidy working environment.
• Work closely with the team on all production activities and other ad-hoc duties assigned
• To support other processes/activities
• Perform incoming checks of parts as per quality plan to ensure parts are within specification
• Participate in projects undertaken by the team e.g
• Process improvement project
• Data collection on quality and productions
• Supports in Project System Preparation, Testing, Operation and implementation.
• Support in maintaining demonstration and marketing equipment.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
• Pro-active, Positive attitude, Innovative, self-motivated and results oriented
• Able to work both independently and as a team player
• Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Able to perform soldering work,
• Working knowledge on basic Electronics and basic RF measurement
• Time domain measurement - Voltage, Current, Power
• Frequency domain measurement – RF Power, VSWR, and Bandwidth
