Responsibilities:
· Perform opening and closing routines for the mall to ensure all facilities are properly secured.
· Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and equipment to ensure they are safe and functioning efficiently.
· Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and necessary installation works.
· Attend to tenants' requests related to maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
· Monitor term contractors to ensure they perform routine servicing in accordance with standards.
· Provide operational support for promotional events, including handling stage setup, sound systems, and crowd control.
· Implement inventory management procedures and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
· Maintain accurate records of work assignments and prepare reports for submission.
· To be part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)

Requirements:
· NTC 2/3 or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building-related fields.
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in maintaining M&E systems and building facilities.
· Willingness to work on weekends, shifts, and beyond standard operating hours when needed.
· Proficiency in spoken and written English.
· Familiarity with MS Word and Excel for report writing and record-keeping.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong responsibility, urgency, and teamwork.
