Job Descriptions :

For the post of Senior Operations Manager, to provide leadership, management and foresight required to ensure productivity at its optimal level, through implementation & maintenance of the most efficient and effective operational controls, administration, and reporting procedures. Experience in Integrated Facilities Management and provide Operations Manager with strategic direction to accomplish all project’s objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the management of all technical personnel, specialists, including direct vendors in all the disciplines within the contractual work scope.
  
• Responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance programme for all services and ensure proper contracts administration and management. Involve with M&E services maintenance and oversee soft services FM with AFM/ FM.
  
• Ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
  
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the schedule planned.
  Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee team's performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion.
  
• Monitor and track all project works and their progress status.
  Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework.
  
• Ensures effective communication within the team and with internal/external stakeholders to achieve their assigned KPIs.
  
• Monitor Non-compliance letters and liaise with Contracts Dept for response.
  Ensure all personnel in the project obtained clearance, including Vendors / Sub-cons and technicians.
  
• Familiar with Workplace Health and Safety Act and be able to provide advice on Health & Safety matters.
  Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working with safety team.
  

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Engineering / Building / Facilities / Estate Management or any relevant disciplines. Candidate with good relevant experience with diploma education can apply too.
• Minimum 8 years in similar position with relevant working experience in handling Government properties or statutory Board, preferred.
• Proven track records of IFM contracts management experience.
• Fire Safety Manager, Project Manager Certification of Greenmark Manager will be an added advantage.
• Possess analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and willing to go extra mile to reach challenging goals within very tight timelines.
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email.
• Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.
• Good Leadership ability
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to the rules, regulations, policies and procedures set by the Facility HOD.
• Supervise FM Crew and to ensure all daily routine services meet our acceptance.
• Plan and execute approved additional & alteration work (A&A), maintenance and repair request and approve for the Facility.
• Organize FM Crew, define roles & responsibilities and manage work flow within the Department.
• Develop & implement approved predictive & preventive maintenance schedules and programs.
• Promote teamwork, cooperation and positive work attitude within FM Team.
• Perform all other assignment and responsibility as directed from time to time.
• Perform Measurement & Control by:
• Achieve KPI set by Superintendent, generate and collate monthly performance reports of FM Team & activities to him.
• Assist Superintendent to evaluate and analyze trends and gaps and propose timely improvements to him.
• Ensure FM Crew is conversance with the set KPI and expectations.
• Report FM staffs who is under –performing after coaching, mentoring and teaching is done.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

• GCE A level, Diploma in Building Maintenance or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in the relevant field.
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Supervisory quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Install and configure network operating system (NOS) and software application for computing devices.
2. Repair and Maintain IT hardware.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot NOS and installed application.
4. Provide basic user training of company system.
5. Audit IT hardware and software inventory.
6. Provide onsite IT support.
7. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

1. Higher NITEC in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
2. 1 years working experience in relevant field (Desktop Support) or no experience
