SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technician/Senior Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all M&E services and building works. • To operate and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical installations and equipment such as generator, fire protection system (including emergency lighting), internal and external lighting, etc. at the hotel – including preventive maintenance for all 542 guestrooms, cycle based on Department Goals.

• Manage day to day maintenance execution work as per business schedule and abide to Site Game ME process. Uses GSAP as a tool to manage maintenance execution. Accountability targets on duration, cost and safety.
• On field supervision and driving with multi-disciplines and contractors on day to day execution to achieve goal zero safety in execution and meeting the site quality requirements.
• Manage progress reporting and schedule update for the work status with stakeholder, manage and resolve field conflicts with contractors’ issues and implement plan change with compliance to site HSSE and ME requirements.
• Driving and leading plant shutdown planning, managing resources and materials & logistic plans. Adopting end to end follow-up and strong sense of ownership for all maintenance related matters and timely feedback to team lead for any discovery and discrepancy during execution.
• Work independently/ resolve conflicts/ issues with various disciplines and contractors on HSSE & QC matter.
• Close coordinating with operation/ contractors for timely clearances release.
• Join site Inspection with Op/ACS for critical activities, ensure safe execution of the equipment /system prior clearance releases.
• Closely field supervision on contractors safe working method & quality and provide timely interventions as and when necessary.
• Up-keep the maintenance documentations/EQCC.
• Procurement & Logistic planning for material management.
• Up-keep critical material management database for future traceability.
• End to end follow up on the execution, to meet business milestones with goal zero in safety.
• Flexi-Time adjustment for individual work duty to meet work requirements for nightshift coverage for specific durations during Furnace Recoiling event.
• Good leadership and accountability on driving maintenance execution, to meet production milestones with goal zero safety and Zero Quality finding.
• To ensure hot commissioning, startup, and run & maintain of Furnace and Process equipment’s are carried out as per the company Standard and procedure.
• To provide support to the planners for setting up the maintenance plan for preventive maintenance programmed for mechanical jobs in the GSAP for Process equipments.
• Planning and Scheduling for the Reactive Maintenance work activities and resources from the GSAP work order and ensuring the plant is up for availability within ME KPI standard without much impact to production schedule.
• To validate and ensure field execution plan for preventive & corrective maintenance activities as per the GSAP task in compliance with Client’s HSSE standard.
• Ensure work completed and work orders closed within the scheduled time in the GSAP and maintaining good KPI records for all maintenance activities.
• Carryout the Plant Change Request jobs and minor project to improve plant efficiency.and equipment’s performance.
• To ensure all critical spare parts are available and maintained for the running Plant and follow up on stock proposal.
• Ensure that all the maintenance procedures, method statement and RA for all jobs are available and followed by the contractors during execution of high-risk jobs to achieving the goal zero incidents in all the maintenance activities.
• Work Closely with OMC and operation on the daily maintenance activities and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and within schedule.
• Review work method statement and Johan for the high-risk activities and mitigate the risk level to minimum acceptable level with appropriate control on the hazards.
• Lead the troubleshooting analysis and providing feedback to custodian on the problematic equipment, by resume the equipment to a serviceable condition to meet production schedule or to avoid total production shutdown.
• Ensure minimum equipment downtime on the equipment which requires a complete overhaul or repair and could lead to longer production down time.
• Manage with internal stakeholders / external contractors and vendor on daily maintenance execution matters and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and timely.
• Plan and managing statutory equipment inspection and corrective maintenance activities during shutdown of MOM equipment within a stipulated production schedule, budget and without compromising regulation, safety and quality. Work closely with inter-disciplines within in departments and cross functioning departments and liaising with external regulatory party (MOM Authorized Engineer).
• Executing Plan turn around and major shutdown Maintenance activities within a stipulated planned schedule, budget and achieving goal zero in safety without compromising the work quality.
• Deliver safe maintenance execution plan of static/RE equipment in the production unit Plant.
• Drive for Maximizing the productivity of the contractor. Implementation of LEAN.
• Manage execution Safety, Reliability/quality & optimum cost during maintenance execution.
• Provide day-to-day mechanical engineering support to the Production Unit.
• Ensure compliance of mechanical engineering practices and assets with statutory obligations, Engineering Codes of Practices and Client's DEP standards.
• Review and analyze and leverage on gap closure to enhance optimization in planning and communicate on daily / weekly schedule assignments with workforce; ensure safe and efficient completion of assigned work.
• Plan / execute / obtain resources, materials, services, and equipment for E and SB priority work repairs.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE barriers.- Monitor and feedback on the maintenance effectiveness process and take corrective action if required.
• GSAP administration of time sheets, service, purchase, and material orders.
• Lead in daily maintenance schedule execution.
• Liaise with/consults Operations, Technology, other Engineering and Procurement departments as part of the execution of jobs.
• Perform end of day schedule progress (percent complete, MCMP, TECO and approve actual hours).- Ensure completion of QA / QC and condition reports.
• Field presence and supervisor of maintenance contractor (craft productivity and quality of work) for effective and efficient execution.
• Manage the activities in the hard week schedule, adopting small adjustments or deviations where necessary.
• Feedback jobs that roll-over into next week(s) to the scheduler. Identify risks for not achieving schedule and taking mitigating action, keeping maintenance team lead informed.
• Review and ensure accuracy and readiness of 1-month lookahead work plan with scheduler and OMC to set priority and resources loading and manage timely request to operations for maintenance permitting.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) with Min 3 years of relevant Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Experiences in Maintenance execution. Or
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering with at least 10 years and good on hand experiences in engineering/maintenance of rotating & static equipment (experience in oil and gas industry is preferred) can also be considered.
• Good understanding of the various international mechanical engineering standards.
• Candidates with strong experience in Project, Maintenance and Turnaround areas will also be considered.
• Knowledge of GSAP and GAME ME processes would be an added advantage.
• Strong in interpersonal, coordination, planning skills and fluent in English and business software (MS office, Autocad / 3D model GSAP &P6) will be added advantage.
• Able to work flexible and adapt to project schedule (Able to work extended hours, night work assignment and weekend duty base on the work requirements).
• Good hand on experiences and able to lead the team in equipment troubleshooting on the process related equipment and strong foundation and understanding on the valve operation and maintenance skill and able to perform troubleshooting on isolation issue.

Responsibilities

· Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.

· Dispense medicine when needed

· Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
