• Oversee the preparation of the equipment for outgoing project and ensure the returned equipment from project site are in good condition
• Ensure monthly and annual inspection of equipment and vehicles are done timely
• Ensure all equipment possess valid licenses and / or inspected by relevant authorities
• Ensure the out-of-specification equipment are not reachable or issued to any party
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior(s) or Management

Requirements:

• Singaporeans and PR only
• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in in Process industry or downstream maintenance environment
• Proficient in computer usage with a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Meticulous, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable to work with NTS associates, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work immediately or short notice period

Other Information:

• 5.5 day work week, Mondays to Fridays, (8.00am - 5.00pm),Saturdays (8.00am – 12.00pm)
• Transport provided to and from Jurong East (Mondays – Fridays, Pick-up time: 7.30am & 5.30pm)

Job Description:

- Responsible for daily operations and organizing production activities.

- Understanding of complete production process and interpreting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plans and estimate the usage of biochemical raw materials.
• Calculate the quantities of raw materials required for customized buffers.
• Vigilant in detecting any anomalies in the color, texture, or appearance of raw materials, consumables, or products.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, tools, equipment, and machines used in daily production processes.
• Prepare Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, and documents for the Quality Management System.
• Keep stock inventory levels up-to-date and participate in monthly stock counts.

- Possession of a diploma in fields such as Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences or Molecular Biotechnology.
