Position Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or other disciplines.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in sales or commercial roles and preferably with knowledge and experience with ship repair.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering terms and applicable technical and commercial information, including business proposals.
• Possess a good understanding of Ship repair market dynamics, customer needs, competition, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
• Driven with determination and initiative to prospect for new key clients.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and interface with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced ship repair environment.

• Able to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities:

1. Reliability & Technical Support

· Provide technical support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operation in Maintenance Tools & Condition Monitoring systems.

· Work on Mechanical systems, rotating machineries and use tools for shaft alignment and balancing, vibration measurement & bearing mounting and dismounting.

· Lubrication management and Electro hydraulic tools

· Interact with internal and external customers

2. Electrical Trouble Shooting

· Carry out Electrical Motor Testing and Maintenances.

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years
• Basic knowledge in maintenance practices of Machineries and Motors will be an advantage
• Hands on person with strong interest in problem solving, analytic in approach and customers oriented

2.0 Basic Job Purpose 基本工作目的

2.1 Responsible for the daily operation of the Plant, inclusive of production, maintenance, Inventory Control, Quality and Safety.

3.1 Production

· Perform filling for vessels such as Cylinders, Pallets and Tube Trailers.

· Conduct all necessary work (Inspection, Vacuuming, Venting, etc) before and after filling.

· Accurately update filling records and production reports.
