We are seeking a experience Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage repair schedules. This role will supervise a team of technicans, coordinate prventive and corrective maintenance task, and uphold our hight standards of operational excellence.

List Responsibilites and Duties

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.

• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Coordinating all the installation, maintenance, and repair work at buildings
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• 5.5 day work week
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
• Computer literacy and basic accounting knowledge (Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Maintain all documents (hard-copy, soft-copy, and online) related to Sales Operations and administration.
• Handle mail and phone calls.
• Manage office refreshments, stationery, pantry supplies, office items, etc.
• Any other ad hoc work duties.
