Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations and comprehensive affairs management of the Singapore office, ensuring smooth functioning of activities as the company establishes its retail presence locally.
- Manage office fixed assets, ensuring accurate inventory records and optimizing asset utilization.
- Coordinate with cleaning personnel to maintain cleanliness and public environmental health in office and store areas through regular inspections and support.
- Handle the procurement of office and departmental supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
- Manage employee dormitory arrangements, ensuring a comfortable living environment to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Facilitate reception arrangements, including setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments, and coordinating parking for visitors.
- Organize and monitor the company’s security measures to ensure the safety of employees, stores, and property through regular checks and timely resolution of any security concerns.
- Assist in setting up processes and administrative systems required to support the company's operations as a new entrant in Singapore's retail market.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors to support the establishment and growth of the Singapore business.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or fixed asset management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to support a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
- A high sense of responsibility, service orientation, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- A cheerful and team-oriented personality, willing to collaborate across departments to support company objectives.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment, with the flexibility to handle evolving responsibilities as the company grows.
