Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategically plan optimal routes for field technicians.
- Plan and scheduling of working schedule, shifts and organizing replacements as required including future capacity planning.
- Coordinate and maintain open communication with all field technicians and Operation manager to address complaints or issues related to schedules or routing
- Manage and update technician data, covering attendance, leave, working hours, overtime, and vehicles.
- Participate in new client handovers and onboarding processes from the Sales Team.
- Ensure the timely scheduling of all new contracts and ad hoc jobs.
- Oversee the scheduling and completion of all jobs due in a given month.
- Prepare and submit the operations reports.
- Able to support operation in instances of staff shortages.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in using CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Independent and team player.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians, etc.).
