Job Description
Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
Conduct telemarketing calls to promote our Company services with clear service knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
Update customer information in the database
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Management
Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the beauty & wellness industry preferred
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
Confident communicator with good verbal skills
Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
