FIELD SUPPORT & SERVICE TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER

Responsibilities
- After sales maintenance support
- To carry out troubleshooting, basic repair or rectification and servicing jobs on AV/ IT hardware and software
- Manage preventive / comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation and commissioning of AV Systems & Solutions
- To assist Technical Manager or Superior for all tasks and duties
- To assist in handling projects
- Engineering & Application Support to Sales & Technical Team
- Field support for installation and cabling works on site as necessary
- Responsible for system set-up, Testing & Commissioning
- Preparation of SOP & Guides for customer as required including Training to users
- Project Management
- Assist in System Programming
- Proficiency in trouble-shooting on Audio-Visual and IT related system deployed
- Any other Technical roles & responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
- Hardworking, willing to learn and positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime (will be compensated accordingly)
- Able to work independently
- Monday to Saturday 6 days week
( Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.00pm / Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm )
- Possess Class 2/3 preferred
