Job scope
- Provide on-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances.
- Manage and maintain accuracy of inventory records (hardware / software / licenses).
- Manage IT operation and responsible for work process and operating procedures documentation.
- Manage the renewal of hardware / software contract warranty, and licenses.
- Manage Microsoft SharePoint, List and Azure AD
- Assisting business in optimizing their processes through the development of automation tools including Excel VBA, Power Automate, etc.
- Assist in management of IT vendors for the delivery of IT services.
- Assist with new systems testing and implementation.
- Ensure IT security and procedural changes are adhered to industry best practices.
Infrastructure Support:
- Work closely with IT and Infrastructure Team Lead for any repairs and maintenance work.
- Monitor, track, and report feedback on faults reported regarding any operational issues to Team Lead
- Communicate and liaise with various stakeholders to plan and execute IT and Infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science
- System administration (Active Directory/Exchange/MS Office365/Azure AD)
- Hands on experience in installation of IT hardware and software
- Able to multi-task and highly adaptable
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- An interest or experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn new technologies like Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI
Working Days/ Working Hours
- 5 Days' Work Week
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
