We are seeking for a highly motivated Administrator to provide administrative business and operational support within the organisation. He or She will assist various departments tasks and initiatives or projects as assigned to support the overall business objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide general administartive support to various department (including Finance and Marketing) within the organisation.
- Arranging meetings, conferences, handle internal and external communications.
- Prepare correspondence and repoerts, maintaining data, records and files, tracking budget and sales expenditures.
- Collate information and prepare report for presentation/meetings.
- Assist in any adhoc adminiustrative support as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Computer literate with experience in Ms Office Suites
- A team player who work diligently and willing to learn and able to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Able to work in fast paced office environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Possess good time management skills.
