Job Description:
As a corporate secretary, you will be responsible for providing corporate advisory services to our clients. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure that the company complies with Singapore's company laws (such as Chapter 50 of the Companies Act).
Assist clients in analyzing corporate situations and providing strategic advice.
Maintain company statutory records such as company registers and board resolutions.
Prepare and submit statutory documents such as company annual reports and shareholder meeting documents.
Establish long-term trust relationships with clients and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
Background Requirements:
Possess Singapore Secretary qualifications certified by the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS).
At least 1 year of working experience in related field, with rich experience as corporate secretary.
Proficient in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and related regulations.
Good logical and thinking skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit and customer service awareness.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
