Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties
- Handling, sorting, updating and filing of documents
- Request for Quotation, Follow up Purchase Order/Site Order
- Match invoice, DO and PO, ensure correct billing prices
- Maintain and update purchasing document/records
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Meticulous and willing to learn
- Familar Plumbing & Fitting as well
- Autocount system knowledge
