Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in construction management, preferably in interior design or fit-outs.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards for interior projects.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in construction tools/software and familiar with design drawings (e.g., AutoCAD).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage interior design projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee on-site activities, monitor progress, and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout the project.
- Prepare schedules, budgets, and reports while conducting quality checks and site inspections
