- Prepare and manage legal documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain and organize legal files and records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other staff members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in written and verbal interactions
- Employ problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
