Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to grow revenue streams.
• Identify new market trends, customer demands, and strategic partnerships to gain a competitive edge.
• Serve as the key point of contact for high-profile and VIP customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client inquiries or service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Supervise and train drivers and support staff to maintain service quality and professionalism.
• Manage team schedules and ensure all personnel are aligned with company policies and objectives.
• Monitor service quality and implement performance improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the limousine or transportation services industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore) is required.
• Willingness to work overtime as required to meet operational and business needs.
• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with both clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a client-first mindset.

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries.
• Deliver requested amenities to guest rooms when needed.
• Handle other simple tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
