Job Description & Requirements
- Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client’s requirement.
- Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
- Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
- Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.
- Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
- Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in design in an engineering,
- Experience in handling full cycle of building service projects and proven track record with strong background in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Design.
- Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
- Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
